Corporate Knights has named BMO Financial Group as the most sustainable bank in North America for the fourth consecutive year and the eighth ranked in the world, according to a press release.
BMO provides a variety of sustainable programs such its Climate Ambition, which provides $222.75 billion in lending to sustainable energy products. It also established an Energy Transition Group in 2021 to help clients in this transition to alternative energy sources.
